Tenancy Agreement Fee - When you're ready to sign the Tenant Offer Form, we'll ask you to pay us a Tenancy Agreement Fee of £320 + Vat for 3 + Tenants, £110 +VAT Per tenant Thereafter £110 +VAT per tenant). This covers the cost of preliminary paperwork and administration in respect of reference checks, deposit protection and the tenancy agreement. If you decide to renew your tenancy (whether it's a long or short let) an additional fee of £150 + VAT (£180 Inc. VAT) per property will become payable.

Payment of this sum does not imply that the owner of the property you wish to rent accepts your offer, nor does it constitute the granting of a tenancy, which shall remain subject to contract throughout.

Early termination fee - Should you wish to terminate your tenancy before the end of the term and the landlord agrees that you can terminate early, you will be responsible for paying the pro-rata commission payable by the landlord, up to the point of any break clause exercisable by you, unless you are exercising a break clause which is contained in your tenancy agreement. Funds must be remitted to Winchester White before the necessary deed of surrender can be validated.

Late payment fee - Notice of late payment of rent will be issued one working day after the due date. If payment is not received within five working days of the due date, a further notice will be issued at a charge of £50 + VAT (£60 Inc. VAT). Further notices will be sent every five working days thereafter at the same rate until rent is received in full.

Change of occupancy fee - If occupants change during the tenancy there is a charge of £150 + VAT (£180 Inc. VAT). This covers referencing and drawing up new documentation.

There will be a charge for any written reference that is requested during the tenancy, which will be supplied at a cost of £25 + VAT (£30 Inc. VAT).
